I think I can easily tell when Jimin or V are singing. They both have some of the most unique tones in Kpop and it’s interesting hearing their contrasting tones. Jin has an interesting (very classical) style of singing and Jungkook has a voice that is very versatile and blends easily with anyone’s voice.
The K-Armys are also amazing. They're hitting those notes like BTS.

And to answer your question Namjoon (rm) is the only one from the original line up, and it was him and Yoongi (Suga) who was the underground rappers
They all have such unique and beautiful voices, Jungkook is the main vocalist of the group, his voice is just so dreamy and always stable i really love his voice

I love JHope with the soft vocals, he'll switch the flow, and makes words sound like English. For exampe how he sings geol (걸) here and it sounds like girl 👏👏

Not sure... for me, RM has the most cerebral rap lyrics I've ever read. He raps in metaphor! He has the cleverest plays on words. Language, for him, is a playground where he can communicate with his fans in fun, interesting and often instructive ways. Suga, on the other hand is just... raw. He spits fire. He taps into reservoirs of anger and emotion that are almost molten in their intensity. Listening to Suga is like going ten rounds with Mike Tyson. He'll rip your ear off. Not that RM's rap is emotionless... far from it; he's very well connected with his emotions. It's just that RM always leads with the message and let's you feel his emotion as a byproduct of same.
I love all their voices, loove the rap liñe's low, husky, gritty, raspy voices (espec. RM) & Jimin + V's beautiful color in both their unique(instantly recognizable) voices & JK + Jin's steady/clear voices..💕
Justin, as I recall this was one of the earliest stage performances of this song. Go watch their performance on the Stephen Colbert show and you will hear Jimin doing harmony on the chorus.

RM started it and then Suga came...2nd member, then Jin, J-Hope, J-K, Jimin and Tae...Tae was the hidden member at the end...
This is my favorite BTS performance, if you pay attention to their expressions you can tell how suprised they are in the beginning by how loud ARMY is singing, and from then on out they are soooooo happy. Thats why they are so relaxed and just happy 💜 so proud and thankful for the army that were there for them that day
Actually there's is a lot of jin's fancams during award shows of him doing that technique with his mouth & bc of his plumb lips,it look soo funny &cute

Every member in BTS has his own unique voice. The four vocalists has the same talent in their own voices in my opinion.
You should react to Jungkook English and korean covers, j hope EP, Suga solo hip hop songs and RM Mono album songs.
You really are one of the only vocal coaches on here that actually tells and acknowledges that they sing live. So many others constantly pretend to not be able to hear how live it is and all throw in their doubts like, even for me a not trained vocal whatever can tell when it's live and when it's not.
Yeah I'm not even a little trained but still I can tell when it's Auto tune and when they are singing live

What i love about BTS is each of them is really different. Their rapline has different taste Suga has this swag that can burn you down RM is burning you in a calmest way and Jhope really just flows with it. The vocaline is much intense, each of them has different voice and techniques but blended nicely. JK is a real life DVD player, and Jimin he has this voice that can really calm you, V is this kind of vocalist that you can really feel the emotion and
Jin he has this voice that fits every genre his voice is really no joke. Each performance they just dont give us the same they’re trying other techniques that interest us, they keep improving everytime they perform
I should tell you something Justin you are right that v has a unique voice but for all the army each member of BTS have a unique voice and an amazing personalities and we can recognize them so easily 😂😂

Every member has a unique voice, but V's voice is so captivating and can't get enough of his lower tone.
Funny how right after he said he’s surprised that there wasn’t more harmonies, then boom, @ 6:48 Suga and Jungkook harmonize on that first verse and he didn’t comment -_-. Couldn’t see what he saw cuz the video was frozen but maybe the camera only focused on Suga in that part so Justin thought that those were back up vocals? I’m guessing. But that was Jungkook song while Suga rapped! I love that part.

Bts has unique voices and that's why they stand out as a group.
The thing that sets BTS apart from other Kpop groups is that it's way easier to pick out their voices. They all have such unique color to their voices and they mix well with each other.
Jimin’s start makes me feel some kind of way...
this performance was done at a music show so they don’t add in any extra harmonies that are different from the studio version. if you want to see harmonies for songs it’s better to watch their live performances from concerts/musters because there they are free to experiment with the dynamics of the song.
I know this is pretty old video but I heard you talking about harmony and I immediately thought of this band called RoadTrip, they do a lot of covers and always harmonize a lot and so well with eachother while still having all very unique voice tones. Please react to some of their covers!

I'd love to hear you do an analysis of more BTS live singing. Probably the best video I've seen of them all performing live in a closed set (so voices are clear) is from ARMYPEDIA : 'BTS TALK SHOW'│No More Dream (Live Band Ver.), Just One Day(하루만), & I Like It(좋아요) Live. PLEASE give it a chance! I really like how you analyze singers! You're so knowledgeable!
