Best Smoked Ribs in Manchester? Meat Heaven at Pitmaster!

Pitmaster is top of the list whenever I go Manchester and this visit was the best ever. They seem to have gotten the food even better in my opinion. Since my last visit they've introduced new burgers but the star of the show were their Rib loaded fries. You can see how good their 8 hour smoked ribs are but paired with spicy house made BBQ sauce on their fries had me eating till every last bit. Also their peppercorn burger was superb. I wasn't expecting it to be so good - we're so used to having American cheese on burgers but monterey Jack cheese with hot peppercorn sauce with their smoked meats was beautiful. Even their fries alone are quality. I could see they had new desserts but the meats alone were so satisfying - perhaps next time. If in Manchester, this I think is the best smokehouse 😍
