- Here's a 3 days of Heatless Hairstyles hair tutorial! Follow my hair from clean on day 1 to dirty day 3 hair and see how I make it work!
We all know the struggle of 2nd day hair styles. Your hair is oily, the ends are frizzy, and you want something that causes no damage! Well, these hairstyles should help! I think they're all great dirty hairstyles, but they work on clean hair as well! These are all quick and easy and you know I had to throw in some braids. Any braided hairstyle is my favorite. You can do them for school, every day, work, even working out! They're especially great for medium or long hair. Hope you love them!!

I have such straight hair that when I curl it it just goes flat again
If you wear the second hairstyle overnight with wet/damp hair it gives you really pretty waves in the morning! That how I do my heatless waves! Love you!!

Aw, I'm planning on cutting my hair short tomorrow but these hairstyles would've been really fun to do.
I rarely use heat at the moment, so braids are my go to style. I actually prefer them on second day hair, it isnt so slippery then.

Kayley I have very thick curly hair which doesn't take too long to straighten or curl, but I know it's not good to do it everday. I think it's too much heat and I want to have some days where I can wear heatless hairstyles to school but a lot of times those don't work on my curly hair. Could you please do a video on curly hair? Taylor Jones If you "train" your hair long enough, your hair won't get greasy until the third day or something, and after that I just start wearing braids, it's actually really easy :)
Same. Only sometimes some baby powder because my hair looks orange when it gets more dirty.
+Demi Spelbos oh, believe me, I still go three, sometimes four days in between washes but there's no way I could do that if it weren't for dry shampoo. It's just oily; even by the end of the day it's oily. I've trained my hair to stretch to three. Four if I have no where to go on the weekends. Hah! I think it's partly genetic, but also bc it's so thin, it's like there isn't enough hair to soak up the oil! Hahh
Same! It was just cutting down on washing it, and it actually got healthier and less dry.. I remember in the beginning it got greasier in the beginning, but now after a few months it is only greasie om the day I wash it

Hey Kayley, I have a question: what do you do if when you braid your hair, the layers start sticking out everywhere? I love braids but can't really do them because of my layers.
Saammmeeee! And I have really fine hair so I feel layers sort of give it that bounce and that's why I continue to get my hair cut this way but I end up looking like a homeless person every time I make a braid 😂

What I do is apply a light/not very sticky/not very wet sort of styling pomade to help the grip of the braid, and it helps tame them flyways without using ridic amounts of bobby-pins

Thought i would give you this tip, because it has really worked for me...
I never put in dry shampoo in the morning.. I put the dry shampoo and the oil for my ends in at night, just before I put my hair up to go to bed...
by doing that the dry shampoo will do its work all night, and your ends will get even more nourishment because it's put up, and not hanging...
Try it, it's really a timesaver and my hair looks better for it ;)
