Got one the same. Australia is really bold and a coupoe letters touching. Any value ?

These are fairly common so adds no value for 2001.

Have a few of these and all display the double rim, one with doubling across the entire reverse

It is not hart to miss, all the 2001 50 cent coins have it, irrespective of the design on the reverse.

These are not that hard to find, all the 2001 state coins have them as well.

I have found 3 with this type of error in the 2001 50c. Also one found with this fault on a 2008 20c along with the wave gap on it.

I have one that only has thet AUST part of Australia on the front, hard to say if it wasn't pressed properly or worn down there's still the details in the ribbon and leaves

I'm back in NZ now these are from a bunch I collected while traveling I only collected them because I thought they looked cool so I just kept one of each that I found didn't check dates or notice if any were stamped funny I probably picked out the nicer looking ones.
