Oh my😢 whoever is the Manila mayor, please clean up Mabini, a thoroughfare for jeepneys going to Baclaran,Pasay etc. Used to work near Luneta & studied at Womens Uni. Taft Ave Miss the whole of Malate, & Ermita, my frequent place all those years ago. Next UP for new infrastructure is Ermita. Thank you for sharing sir. Enjoy your stay in Manila. Stay safe 👍

My most walked road in Manila is Mabini Street . Mabini was a bustling street in the eighties with so many night clubs and eateries and now it is almost lifeless and I was there in July 2023. My hotel named Ambassador Hotel is no more and Harrison Plaza is demolished.

I still enjoy walking down Mabini Street. It's kind of run down but in the early evening, it is kind of interesting.

I see you walked by the LA Cafe probably one of the biggest money maker bars in Manila..They have a lot of girls coming and going. They have pretty good food too. I think its a great place to stop after 11pm also open 24 hours. polite staff...

@@expatwalking Mabini and nearby streets during the 80/90s are center of red light district where clubs and entertainment bars are scattered.

Mabini Street was once known as one busy red light district with lively night life and neon lights.
Now it looks so lonely and deserted 😢😢😢

I happened to walk through there Friday night and it looked pretty happening. Just seems to depend on the time of day and the day itself.

Mabini needs to be razed to the ground. It’s ugly and so seedy
