    Lyrics
    The Lamb of God,
Who took the sins of the world,
    Have mercy upon us.
    The Lamb of God,
Who took the sins of the world,
    Have mercy upon us.
    The Lamb of God,
Who took the sins of the world,
    Grant us peace.

I doubt Barber could have fathomed his setting was THIS beautiful. I have listened to many versions of this piece by world famous choirs, and this performance by Richard Marlow and the Choir of TCC is hands down the best. It makes me weep and thank God for the gift of hearing. Sublime.

Yes, excellent blend. High octave from the soprano was perfect. The whole piece was flawless.

As a former choral scholar at Trinity (1977-1980), I remember fondly singing this under the directorship of Richard Marlow.

Perhaps the most beautiful piece of music ever composed -- and the best vocal performance of it ever done. This is hauntingly beautiful. I'm so glad I never saw this choir perform it live because I would've made a spectacle of myself (it makes me cry).

In my humble opinion this is the best rendition of the most beautiful piece of music ever written. I have never heard anything more beautiful in my life and don't expect to hear anything as or more beautiful as this in my remaining years on this earth. Everything is perfect. The quality of the voices, the harmony, the volume, the tempo, the acoustic, the 'lyrics". I'm a grumpy old dude, but I sob like an infant when I let it grab me. 😭

To this day, this is still the best rendition of Agnus Dei. 💎💙

This is the most amazing rendition I've ever heard. Richard Marlow - the master conductor - with singers who can zero in on the harmonics without excess vibrato.
