It's very obvious that you either read them and didn't understand or read a post and didn't look into it.
This stuff, along with other things in the ToS, isn't anywhere near uncommon and it's regular business stuff (maybe kinda scummy, but that's business for you). Yes, it does say that they can delete accounts that have been inactive for over 180 days, but it doesn't mean they WILL do so, it's just a safety measure they have to be transparent about. Also, from what I recall, there's nothing saying that your account is no longer yours. Stop fearmongering.
