- HOLY GRAIL Basher?!💪The New Arrma 1/7 scale Fireteam is one tough cookie! Drives great and is very stable on many terrains! I got fortunate to get a good snow bash in to see how it handled snow! Also got to launch the team a little harder as they hung on for dear life!😂SO far my setup is 30k/500k/10k diffs, punch 8 on the ESC and the included 15 tooth speed pinion. Truck performs VERY well and is super fast! Look forward to future M2C upgrades and a possible powerplant swap!
Again, HUGE props to Arrma for another awesome vehicle in the 1/7 scale 6s line up!

#SAVAGE. I took my Stretched Kraton and my Talion out here in Northern Virginia this past Sunday in the snow (1/15/22) and broke both my servos. I wasn't even jumping them. I wouldn't dream of sending either of them in the freezing cold. ARRMA needs to put you on their payroll for their testing department! Thanks for sharing; love your work!

Arrma keeps going from strength to strength. Awesome RC that takes a good beating and handles really well!! Think diff tuning and shimming is a great idea that only amplifies the reliability. Something that should be done on every RC at least to check. Noone likes a blown diff or stripped gears.

I’m tempted to get one of these fireteams now after watching your videos I like how it handles. Plus it looks fun in the snow ☃️🇨🇦. And I do have a slightly used Mojave M2C chassis I had laying around for a project for a while. Would be great in this car to beef it up. And I don’t think I’d jump this much just hard driving type bashing which seems like it works perfect for
So jealous y’all down south got all our snow. Here in NW Ohio we didn’t get a flake. Missed the whole storm. Been cold and dry.
if was anybody else be no body left.. thats brilliant how can individually buy the body panels! those tyres really do rip up that snow with central larger grip, almost a central paddle tyre.
its taken the most extreme of extreme bashes by you and with that little damage and still running is truly a tuff arrma. were the brace/chassis bend and rear brace break from the full sends?

Both are fun for sure but the Fireteam is definitely more versatile of a basher! Handles any terrain nicely!

Anytime bro!👊Avery from M2C just shared a list of all the upgrades that will fit! Towers will come soon!💪You can install the handbrake yes, it's mounted to the rear bulkhead. No chassis screws.

If your going to go extreme out of the gate I would. If not definitely shim after the first couple packs after the initial break in.😎👊

Can you please tell me how high your truck got in those jumps, because looking at it from the camera angle, it seems like you would be able to knock a plane, a flock of birds, or Superman out the sky.
🤣I didn't GPS these. I've gotten as high as 105ft with my Typhon 6s. This truck probably hit 50ft at it's highest jump.😎🤘🤘

That is a hard one! This Fireteam is a bit larger and better suited for rougher terrain and all around bashing. The Talion is great for flat dirt and big airs. Just depends on what you want! Hard decision for sure!🤣🤣
The price would be worth it, if Arrma put a chassis on it like M2C.
Do you fully disassembled your cars to clean them after each run??
No usually unless it's a deep clean. I hose them off with water and some Simple green. Use an old toothbrush to scrub then use a air compressor to thoroughly dry. Then soak everything with a Silicone based lubricant and oil motor.😎

You be fine not shimming the mojave its more forgiving bc has less rotational mass " smaller wheels" I haven't been shimming since they been sending shims the mesh was very tight on two arrmas I gotten since

Most of the time yes. I have 2 shims per diff. One just isn't enough for hard bashing imo.

How long is your average bash with your fireteam?
15-20 mins depending on how hard I'm driving. You get more time out of bigger mah packs but adds weight.
