NR2003 Tutorial | How to add Tracks & add Paint Schemes to the Game

(Edited: Most tracks may not work, they might say, "Cannot enter track, cancelling weekend." Im not sure how, but there are other tracks to choose from which are the same variation.)

@@RoGoRacing Ah yes, I'm not sure how that happened, but it's not because of your game. It might be the track itself, or the creator, but there are other tracks that might not say it.
