Hi everyone, I hope you've enjoyed the video! I wanted to leave this comment as a quick channel update. This was initially tacked on to the end of the video but it was too clunky. So I've started a new job. Full time work, not something I've don't in a long time. That naturally means the productivity on this channel is going to be effected. So far things look like they'll be fine, but I wanted to put it out there that there may be times where I just don't have the time to work on new videos. I'll always aim to have a video out on the 22nd of every month, but there may be times where I have to skip making a video for the 8th. As I've now begun plugging at the end of every video, the best place to keep up to date with things here is over on my Instagram page.
Very cool battle and love to see some new attack wing battle reports. Hope all goes well with your irl pursuits but hope to see more reports in the future , cheers.
Thank you for adding Star Trek Attack Wing. You have a new sub. Ill keep my eye out for more. I dont have Insta but, I can't get enough STAW. I myself have almost a complete collection and look forward to watching you grow and enjoy the game. Good Luck
I hope to get back ot making videos soon, and Attack Wing is one of the games I'm looking forward ot playing the most. I've built up a larger Federation and Klingon fleet, and have some Cardassians to throw in. There's also a new Romulan pack coming out so I'll need that...
@@mischiefwargaming Thats awesome. I just put in the preorder for both Federation and Romulan FacPaks myself. Cannot wait to see what you have instore for us. All you need to do is just take it day by day. Happy Easter guys!
The Cardassians have some good area of effect support abilities. The federation is really lacking in that area strangely. I'm glad the abilities exist in the game, but normally I associate that with "Good factions" but instead the federation rely on sort of hero ship builds with durability and crew. Not very federation, but certainly starfleet.
I think you're right, Federation feels like they should have the area support abilities, but instead they feel like it's the huge number of Captains and Crew that let them build powerful Hero ships that is their strength.
I think Federation having the best captains and crew makes sense, given that's what we always see in the series. They have some support abilities here and there, but it's not their strength.
Great video! Simple and clear, with really useful graphics to aid in following what's happening, and add a little 'Trek flavour. I dismissed Attack Wing when it first hit the stores, as I was thoroughly disappointed by the quality and scale issues of the minis. Now, with enough 3d printing ability to churn out fleets of ships, I think I might have to revisit this game...

16:55 how did the Klingons take Battlestations? It’s not a Klingon ship action, nor does Duras, IKS Vorn or Klingon Helmsman allow it.
You aren't the only one to point out my rules blunder. One day I'll put out a video without a glaring mistake, but this was not that day!
