Is ISO 1302 obsolete right now? and we should use only ISO 21920-1?

Yes, this standard is cancelled. Its content is entirely replaced and revised in ISO 21920-1. However, if you have drawings stating explicitly ISO 1302, you can still use it. But not for new drawings.
