Simple:
1. Follow wi fi connection on setup
2. Go back to welcome page
3. Press and hold for TalkBack
4. Double tap exit, swipe a big U on the screen
5. Go on Google app and settings to disable lookout, and install test dpc and check resert from and done.

Pull out the menu from the left and open "Settings"
Under "User controls" look for "parental control"
Tap on it and you'll see the options .

for enable developer options goto settings then about then software version then click 5 time on build number after that developer option will show.

BOUGHT ONE A YEAR AGO and Ocasionally I take it out and follow the latest its ATT locked I think I get FTM in a white block sometimes and sometimes I get to the U part make it and at google settings I get backup and restore but it only show a restore screen and wont let me do anything else..I was able to CLEAR ALL KINDS OF GOOD SETTINGS SETTING AND ACCCOUNT STUFF but ITS ALL DOUBLE CLICK or multi click..or whatever look it was easier to hack sat tv with a huge reward at the end NOT THAT I WOULD KNOW HOW TO DO THAT 20 years ago..its a clean IMEI so Idk around 2011-2013 it ws alot of fun then the greed always creates LAWS to PROTECT THE GREEDY hell IT 50 A MONTH ALREADY NEVER ENOUGH i guess thanks anyway
