@@kirishimasawmill l live in the USA I was just visiting there, they make a cold sore ointment out of the oil has strong smell.

Beautiful bark inclusion - I just cut some in cherry - gorgeous.
大木の輪切り方向はチェーンソーでも大変ですね。とは言っても昔ならでっかい鋸で二人掛かりとかですから文句は言えませんねぇ・・・
板にする長手方向カットは 考えただけで無理です（笑）
色々面白い杢目が出ましたが（私にはわかりませんが）ド素人の私はナウシカの巨神兵の咆哮姿（１２分ごろ）がいいですねぇ・・・そう見えますかねぇ・・・

12分頃の中央部のもりあがっている部分が巨神兵の顔の部分でしょうか？
ズルズルと流れ落ちる肉体に抗って首をもたげる最後の咆哮！
