Hay is looking pretty nice Ben don’t worry about the critics either Ben you found away to increase you production and it works too, and You and Your Dad are doing a amazing job, God Bless
Those sure are some good looking fields, you always do great work, I wouldn’t worry about what folks say about how you cut your hay, I agree with you on how you choose to cut your hay. God bless my brother
That hay looked pretty good. We thought we might get a 3rd cutting on my fields but the army worms took care of that. They also mowed my yard for me😊 There will always be critics on the way you do things, but don’t let it discourage you. Critics are like clouds with no rain in them!
We're in real dry conditions here in our area too. We've had only 1.6" of rain since the last week of July, which is usually dry, but not that dry. I agree with you on the added time saved having a second mower, those both are nice units. Hope you have a good day, enjoyed watching.
i always thought you cut the hay just fine ..its simple geometery the shortest distance between two points is a straight line thus making one more efficient and effective ...nicely done Ben as always .
I used to deliver to clintwood at the lumber yard to Bobby then go to vansant on 83. I used to stop at the store on the hill you turned right at. I'd be holding my breath on 83 with the way people drive on it.
Be glad for the little rain. My second cutting is a total disaster for lack of rain. I cut 7 acres the other day baled it the next day and yielded 6 bales 4x5. Burnt more fuel than it’s worth. The ground here is literal cooked. Row croppers are starting to cut corn and some beans dusty my wife referred to it as mushroom clouds. Hope you have a good cuttin.
I love to get out on the road with my tractor, that's why i love to do hay rides in the fall. But it is hard on the tires, and like you my kubota will run 22mph on a good day. Had a big M farmall one time that would run almost 40mph..😬
We mow hay the way you do we will make about six rounds and then we section it off, it's seems like it mows out faster and we don't have any problems going through standing hay it will mow out the tracks.
Great video as always Ben! I’ve been watching your videos for a few years now and always loved having a fellow farmer in Southwest Virginia to watch, I started putting some videos on here of my father and I cutting hay over in Scott County, if you’re interested in another local TH-camr and have the time I’d appreciate if you check them out!
Doing great job,I’d say do it your way,it’s whatever works for you
Thank you!

Good Morning Ben, my old M7040 was geared a little off also, But the M5-091 was a Dream, However it had a lot more gears. Nice teamwork👍🇺🇸
I like the M5 tractors! Thanks Larry!

Good Morning Ben! Great job with the hay, got my hay cut this past weekend, due to the dry summer yields were way down as compared to last year.
These fields did really well! I was pleased! Thanks for watching

Yeah that’s frustrating for sure! Thanks for watching
We added a second cutter. As you said. GAME CHANGER
Thank you!
Ben glad your getting another cutting unfortunately for us in tn it's been to dry. Doing good on my corn though getting over 200 bushels to a acre.
That’s awesome in the corn! Thanks

I don’t want to do 40 on a tractor, that’s crazy! Thanks!
Still scorching in the Sierra Nevada mountains, but by golly, there will be snow to deal with in a few more months.
I hope we get snow! We need it for the ground water. Thanks
