I just got to see this group tonight in Atlanta, and they kicked some major ass. They were alot better live than on the video's I've seen them play in. Everyone in the croud were knocked out by how good she sang, and how good this band is. That drummer is like the Energizer bunny, he never stopped rocking the whole hour they were on stage.
Just bought tickets for February 2024. Can't wait
I love Grace Potter. :) Love this song.. doesn't matter if it's almost 10 years old. it's still awesome. i have her entire library. She is one of the most unknown American treasures. She's gorgeous and has a look that just draws you in. I can listen to her all day.
It's incredibly refreshing to witness true talent in this day and age.

Chronologically - 12 years ago; musically, talent, band-bonding, impact - right now - whenever you access it. I realize musicians evolve and need to experiment - but I truly wish that Grace had kept working with the Nocturnals; yet grateful for the body of work they gave us.

When I get too down on modern music . . I always except this band. Top-notch all the way. WAY better than anything going now hands down - old school with modern production and incredible x factor. Just an amazing band and Gracie is . . . mmmm hmmmm!!!

She opened for the Avett Brothers last night in Charlotte, NC. I liked her before. But I fell in love with her last night. she is an AMAZING performer.

They are SO great. I mean look at every single one of them participate and sing & have fun along with Grace. She is amazing to watch, dancing around without a care. She is so fun to watch.
They do bring to mind, a few artists, the guitarist is just excellent, she reminds me of Joplin, gonna be HUGE ! They whole band is tight, the very Fleetwood Mac - Tight, hold on tight to eachother...x
I got to when they were at the 2011 Bonnaroo. Seriously if you ever even get a slight opportunity to see them I highly recommend you do. They are amazing live and her voice is one of the best voices I've ever heard
Just saw the band on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno! Where have I been? This band rocks. Great lyrics with a magic combo. Don't change it!
Saw them back in December. Had only seen a few videos a friend has sent me links to. One of the best shows I have seen in recent years and very affordable ($15, plus ticket charges of $7.50). They blew me away. Would easily spend 3 times that to see them again (not that I want ticket prices to go up).

They were amazing in San Diego on Halloween. Definitely got the chills.
I love seeing and hearing her perform live, she just lets go, you can tell she feels the music and every lyric she sings. and i absolutely love her voice, especially when she makes the little squeal noices haha. its just refreshing seeing a performer actually perform and get lost in their own music.

You know a singer is really talented when the drummer only uses a high hat and snare drum and doesn't need 20 tom toms and 30 cymbals to cover the artist's voice

This isn't large drum kit music. I don't think large drum kits exist to cover up vocals. Just different kinds of music. All kinds of strokes for all kinds of folks.
They can both be good.
