👉 Barrage Laser Treatment: Following the blood removal, a barrage laser treatment was performed on a weakened spot in Ms. Gupta's retina. This laser treatment is intended to strengthen the affected area and reduce the risk of future retinal detachment, a severe complication of diabetic retinopathy.
Despite the complexity of the surgical process, it was carried out successfully by Dr. Pawan Gupta and the medical team at Eye7 Eye Hospital.
