- The sequel to the critically acclaimed survival racing game Nitronic Rush, Distance, is the game in this video takes place.
I'd been playing Nitronic Rush for a couple of years, back when Distance was still in development, and was alerted to the existence of an entire Acceleracers community nestled in the game's Steam workshop.

looks sweet! my only critque is that the laserbeams seem to be the only obstacle. also- how about a cheeky hyperpod hiding place on one of those outer rings? thatd be cool. probably the speed one.
There were also some virus shard emitters.
The main hazard of the realm is solar storms.
I kind of figured the final stretch of the track would be inside the sun itself, with the portal being at the very core.

That'd be "Storm" from the Distance official soundtrack. Look up "Storm torcht soundcloud" and you'll find it
This realm is very hard to control in due to the steering locking up at high speeds and theres a lot of that in this realm.
That's one of the challenges? Quite honestly that's probably the game's physics engine maxing out.
ΩPUS personally I think this Realms skill should be to constantly drive without hitting the breaks, which would make sense considering that the sun supposed to have gravitational pull and that you'd have to constantly rely on your cars down force to hold on to the track. Not like the cosmic realm where you had to generate as much down force as possible, but here you'd have to use the whole time without stopping.

Yes, it is an official realm in the acceleracers card game, it is the first realm that Vert and Gelorum race in but it is not actually shown.

Geometry Dash GDLenx I've been trying to get them all out of the way so I can focus on map-making guides and community event stuff
will you eventually add AI and other racers to give it sort of a challenge to it, i recently have been inspired to make something like this and would love to help any way i could possible
The game doesn't work with AI very well, and it already supports multiplayer. If you want to help, buy a copy (links in description ) and if you're good at map-making, then go ahead and start working on updating/creating realms! A majority of them have been done, but there are a few that remain, and they could also do with touching up.
