Vielen lieben Dank.., Andreas
After a slow moving intro that’s a little spacey, they go into a melodic passage for several minutes. At about 12 minutes, the piano begins an even lovelier passage, is picked up by the cellist, and then joined by flugelhorn and drums. At about 17-18 minutes, they start a new piece as gorgeous the stuff in Joyosa, a favorite album. They move into a slower thing of beauty at about 23 min…well, you get the picture. This is the kind of music I find quietly arresting. (I admit the slightly odd intro made me a little wary that they might go off a deeper end, but that didn’t last.) What a band they are and what a writer and horn player MS is!
Mi fa piacere rivederti Markus. Bellissima musica e bel gruppo. Ora vivo a New York. Ti seguo volentieri. Un abbraccio. Nice to see you Markus again. Beautiful music and nice group. Beautiful sound and exceptional instrument control. You are even more refined now especially with the flugelhorn. Thirty years have passed since our musical meeting in the recording room in Milan with the "Mitteleuropa Ensemble". I now live in New York. I gladly follow you. A hug.
