    Thanks for this yog nidra.
    Sir one question- when we practice being witness I have observed first day it's okay you could see thoughts disappearing but on second day- quantity of thoughts is also more may be because now we are not suppressing certain thoughts and secondly repetitive thoughts are there so much.
    If you have dealt with undiserable thought then next day too it continues to prevail.
    How to deal with repetitive thoughts?

      These strategies collectively help in managing and reducing repetitive thoughts, enhancing your mindfulness journey.
