I surf the south end all the time...... I always know there are sharks around me, but good to know there are more sharks down North and less down South.
Also can you give me any tips on moving to town? I'm leaving the Outer Banks on 4/31 for down there.. Having a hard time finding a place, I've never been there.
Yup. The town ordinance prohibits flying below 500ft over the town of Wrightsville Beach. If you look at a GIS map, the town limits end just North of the shell island resort and the rest of the beach (all the way to Figure Eight) is technically New Hanover County. I usually launch well north of the resort so I dont push anyone's buttons and stay offshore when flying down the beach as well as circle out around the piers instead of flying over them. There was a guy that got a few tickets last year for breaking the rules so play it safe.
can u go from Wrightsville to Carolina beach with that amount of gas or is that too far, I think that might be cool, but could be dangerous if ur engine gives out

I built it. When I fly at Wrightsville I need to walk way down the beach so having a set of wheels comes in handy!
