Loved the Nikko reed shout I mean that interception was one the most impressive catches I’ve ever seen in a game he was doing a 360 in the air and kept control of the ball landing on the ground it was spectacular and holy moly Terrance green looked like a specimen
The bye week came at a great time (a bye every 4 weeks would be ideal) The secondary and LB have been solid. Boetcher and Jackson are solidifying their starting roles, even when Bassa comes back. GB JR will likely start over Kasper, but I could also see him spelling guys that run Fly/Post routes to keep them fresh. Also wouldn't be surprised to see him on fly/jet sweeps opposite Holden (read: tons of eye candy).
I think a bye AFTER the UCLA game would have been more advantageous. The Ducks had just got things on-track against the Beavers. This is like a long timeout just when the Offense has it going. A rest after a long road trip and before a big team like MSU would seem better. But, it is what it is... GO DUCKS
@@kyletucker3811 I think you're speaking tongue-in-cheek meaning UCLA is like a bye week. Well, it isn't. Almost any decent team can beat another (esp on their home field) on any given Saturday. The Ducks would be silly to go down to UCA thinking otherwise.
Great pod once again Spencer, I had a question about recruiting. I know this is very far away but its the bye week so while we have the downtime, do you see us adding a center in the transfer portal this offseason? Not putting down our guys at all, but we do only have two true centers on the roster and no centers in the class of 2025 currently. It would be great to see some more depth at the position, looking at the roster it seems to be where we have the biggest need. I trust Danny boy and the coaches, but wanted to know your thoughts. Cheers!
Asked this late yesterday but where can I find this week’s locked on big 10 group one? I want to hear you throw shots at the Roman and the other locked on members in the big 10
I dont think I've EVER seen this many pass deflections from an Oregon defense. Im interested to know who has the most in the country, we must be competing for that number.
Man somebody really screwed up the scheduling. We've got back to back bye weeks. Though I'm not sure why the team has plans to travel to LA for their bye next week. Probably recruiting. 😏
I remember the good ol day before Dan Lanning when our 3 non conference games were a breeze and not so stressful. Big blowouts high fives good vibes. Going be a long season me thinks.
@@jeremykropf9487 getting creamed by Georgia almost losing to Texas tech and almost losing to 2 Idaho teams constitutes as a coach that doesn't utilize his spring and summer practices.
I think Lanning has his eye on the whole season and peaking at the end. Lots to learn for sure. But we do know he split his own o line starters up for spring and summer. Which may be bad short term amd better long term.
Love the pod! Please Spencer, stop making listeners hear you slurp your drink, it’s not cool🙏 if people want gross ASMR they have plenty of sources already available.

What are you talking about? We have a bye the next couple weeks. Though I'm not sure why the team is going down to LA during their second bye week.

Should be up now!
Go Ducks!
I’m a coffee guy first, but love my Madagascar Vanilla Red tea 🫖. Go Ducks!
Vanilla red tea sounds wonderful at 10pm at night (assuming no caffeine)
@@LockedOnOregonDucks Celestial Seasonings. Lion on the box. Keep up the good work 🦆
Coffee is my first choice. Starting to like tea - chocolate mint mate has that caffeine kick I like. Go Ducks!
Chocolate and mint is a superb combo in any setting

They did itlast year too. The first Washington game the D deflected 3 of Penix throughs.

I personally feel like coffee doesn't work for me, also a tea guy.

You mean like when we lost to Boise multiple times and flirted with losses to Eastern washington? Your memory might be selective

Tea 💯. Earl Grey is the best. A bit of sugar and milk to make it Elite
Tea for the win! Earl grey isn't my fav but tea is elite
Wait until the Ohio state game to judge out secondary
