Bro, we can't disable Buzzer sound. Bcz it’s Civil defence Requirements. But you have to make silence. If you want to operate any key on this panel. First you have to put key in Enable Access and make it Enable after that you can make silence or you can operate the panel. If it’s not working that means we have to call service Technician

At our panel, "Hold Activated" and "Flooding zone Fault" LED's are lighted yellow and we can 't release them. Can you help?
