Love the Rite in the Rain stuff. I bought the Land Nav binder and really like it. LOL! I have a 2006 Tacoma with 213,000 miles. It's not for sale either! Thanks, Tom. Rest and recover! 73 de KJ7LLX
I've always got sunblock, my wide brimmed hat, longs sleeves. The doctor said this could have been caused by a bad burn when I was young, but they really don't know.
Wish you a fast recovery and you will be fine! I have had basal cell for decades due to my previous lifetime as a lifeguard/swim instructor and a few little scars for removals too. Hang in there and you will be good. Nice size binder and thanks for the info - 73!
Hi Tom, Hope they did get out all of the cancer. My father had the same cancer in his left ear and he had a MOS surgery where they remove some skin, test if the had all the cancer, then if not go back and remove some more until they have clear margins with no cancer cells. Luckily my father only needed two repetitions to remove all the cancer and it never returned. I finished repairing my wire antenna today that I use for the low and WARC bands. It is a terminated inverted U antenna. I needed to replace the wire since it had some severe kinks and replaced the 9:1 UNUN with a Balun Designs 3KW unit and also replaced the 390 ohm 200W terminating resistor with an 800W unit since I now use an Ameritron ALS-606S amp. The antenna was giving me some high SWR that kept tripping the amp into safe mode. Didn't have any problems before using the amp. You and the family stay safe. 73 WJ3U

I just saw that there might be an issue with the front diff on the new Tacoma. They don't make them like they used to.
Thanks for the update and the Rite-in-the-Rain sheets idea. Glad they caught the nose thing in advance of it becoming a problem.
Wishing you a fast recovery… Protect yourself out in the sun! That idea with the info on the RitR paper in a folder is a great idea. 73!

Glad you are back at it, and I do hope you continue to recover.

Yes, they said the surgery is 99% effective. Good luck with the amp and antenna.
I hope you heal up soon. I definitely need to pick up some of that paper for use in the field.
They should sponsor me. I've got notepads everywhere.
Glad to see you got the "stuff" removed and back on the vlog squad. Looking for a speedy recovery and more uploads!
Thanks Kyle.
Keep the 6 cylinder.
