Thanks. Lots of mechanical build videos on TH-cam but not much about quartz so I plan to have more options for quartz in future videos.

It's very cool idea to print adapter. In future will make another adapter for quartz

Dunno if it's a Seiko mod when it's using a Miyota Quartz 😆 but cool idea making your own movement holder!

It uses Seiko NH36 dial and NH36 case though. ;-)

Hey love the build! I’m inspired to build my own!
But i did noticed in the day date window, there’s a gap on the right side of it. I see similar situation on my own parts using the same movement.
Is it expected? And do you have a workaround it?

The seiko NH dials are off by 0.5mm. So unless you get a Miyota dial for the 2305 there is no work around.

Hi. I still have the sea clear 20 and it’s holding up. I have since re-scaped it.

That's awesome, and thanks for the info/update!!! Would be great to see an updated vid on YT if you ever get a chance...I have 2 6.5 gallons acrylic tanks & looking to upgrade/consolidate to a 20 gal...will consider buying one BF if there's a deal. Thanks again!!
