According to LB892 per the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, "LB892... requires a real estate license for “ marketing for sale an equitable interest in a contract for the purchase of real property between a property owner and a prospective purchaser."" So, would privately contacting an investor about your properties under contract and assigning the contract to the buyer privately be okay since it clearly states only the public marketing of the property to be prohibited?
Hey there! When you say that law now requires a licensed agent to “list” the contract, are you saying that the property has to be listed on the MLS? Or is a licensed agent able to act as a wholesaler themselves and just market the contract for assignment to a list of buyers that they know without listing it on the MLS?

Thanks for the question... the simple answer is... it's still illegal. Marketing is broadly define even to include word of mouth between individuals.
