Just put on a Stetson Hat today like the one on the photo. Bought in ‘77. Got it out and put it on. Yea I was gigging. Being in Buffalo, we were more attuned to his music than most. Steve Gadd with him for awhile. Nice stuff.

Brings back my time of discovering city life - apartment sitting in my sister’s apartment building the summer of 1980. Mangione’s band was magical. Especially Chris Vadala! Was kind of cool when the suspect in the recent honor killing of the evil health insurance CEO turned out to be named Mangione.

Awesome, Wonderful, Supreme, the Late 70s are the best and Chuck really rules with this "Feel Good" with Solid Jazz Funk Soul RnD Music Genre... and this album is 6 songs only :) but what a pleasure to hear those songs on a digital streaming device with Spotify after all those years... and IMHO nothing is close to this nowadays...
