Thanks! Nice and clear instructions. Would it be possible to create another video and walk us through the steps of creating a Shamir back up with the 20 word option?
@@SouthernBitcoiner I see that trezor also has a Bitcoin only wallet. Does that mean have two trezor wallets one for Bitcoin only and one to store ETHE & SOL?
@@SouthernBitcoiner understood sorry for all the comments. I saw you make a video on a Bitcoin node. Should that be set up first before buying any Bitcoin?
A question is it only BTC that can be stored on the trezor wallet 2nd question if it’s only BTC When the price of BTC drops or increase does it after the BTC you have stored in the trezor wallet
@ify76 no- the bitcoin amount stays exactly the same. It’s like having 1 bar of gold in your safe. The price might change, but you still have 1 bar of gold
Hmmm...The Trezor is not Air Gapped, (in direct contact with internet, huge security risk), Using Trezor's "software" Trezor Suite to interface, no Checksum or SHA256 to verify the Firmware before installing. Don't mean to be a hard ass, but this is not worth the risk. At this price point You'd be better off using Keystone's 3 Pro...
Just ordered a Trevor Safe 5 and this is EXACTLY what I needed. Thank you!!!! 🙏🏾
Well explained I really appreciate your valuable time to make this video
Great walkthrough. Keep up the tutorials, it’s the most useful type of bitcoin content!
Thanks, will do!
Brilliant and clearly explained. Thank you.
as usual nice and simple to follow
Man thank you so much for this tutorial!! I’m new to crypto and needed to transfer my funds to my wallet and you helped out so thanks a million
Great to hear that!!
Thanks! Nice and clear instructions. Would it be possible to create another video and walk us through the steps of creating a Shamir back up with the 20 word option?
Thank you grate Tutorial
Which operation can i do without wi-fi?
I mean can i set the a new wallet without data?
Hey, how bout altcoins? Cuz im trying to send and its says confirmed and every information and address checks but it stays on the trezor account?
What do you prefer coldcard or trezor? Hard to decide.
If you are Bitcoin only and don’t mind a steeper learning curve. Go with cold card
@@SouthernBitcoiner I see that trezor also has a Bitcoin only wallet. Does that mean have two trezor wallets one for Bitcoin only and one to store ETHE & SOL?
@tflking4916 no, you can own 1 trezor and store BTC, eth, sol
@@SouthernBitcoiner understood sorry for all the comments. I saw you make a video on a Bitcoin node. Should that be set up first before buying any Bitcoin?
@tflking4916 nope, you don’t NEED to have a node. But it is good for your privacy and helps the bitcoin network :)
great video. I am new at this. and I did not find how to send money back to my bank account or credit card. Could you please tell me?
Could you make the video about how to recovery 2 of 3 the multi-seed that Trezor has¿
hey does trezor have its own dedicated mobile application? like the same on the PC?
It does have a mobile app, but it is different to the desktop version
Thank you for the video again. why didn't you buy the bitcoin-only version?
Haha I don’t like the orange! I prefer the sleek black look
@@SouthernBitcoiner Oh I see 😄
Can you do UTXO management / coin control with Trezor. Great video!
Yes, you can! Might just look different
Great tutorial as usual Southern!, but, can you use Trezor and sparrow wallet and store and sell runes/ordinals?
Yes, you can use Trezor with Sparrow!
@@SouthernBitcoiner I cant seem to connect the Trezor safe 5 to sparrow and Nunchuk. can you please confirm if you can connect to both these?
Great done
What if i use trezor after many years and its not working what about its durability
They are pretty durable devices. But if it does break, you need the seed phrase to get your funds back
A question is it only BTC that can be stored on the trezor wallet
2nd question if it’s only BTC
When the price of BTC drops or increase does it after the BTC you have stored in the trezor wallet
It can store lots of coins - not just bitcoin.
Not sure what you mean by the second question?
If I have BTC on my trezor
If the price of Btc drops or increases does it affect the Btc in my trezor wallet
@ify76 no- the bitcoin amount stays exactly the same.

You had me until keystone
@@Btree33 Keystone have a BTC only, open source, air gapped is there something I’m missing?
