While you're right about Scandinavians generally being pretty good at speaking English, this guy has an extremely British sounding accent compared to what you'll usually hear from Scandinavians. He doesn't sound like a Scandinavian speaking English at all. If he's not actually British he may have studied there or something.. Or maybe just *really* have practiced hard to kill the generally hated (by Scandinavians) Scandinavian accent. ;)

However I went to University in the UK, I've been living there for about 8 years now, I absolutely despise the Scandinavian accent, and I have tried very hard to get rid of it. I might take this comment and hang it on my wall.
