The doctor recommends WATER! Hydrate with water, not any liquid. Water has certain minerals needed in the body when you are dehydrated. It is best to drink without feeling the need to do it. A few sips every 10-15 minutes.😉 Otherwise, you eliminate it faster. Try not to press too hard when inserting the putty, so as not to deform the needle. It must remain round. Sometimes, when you work more with a pen, it can happen, because the needle is made of soft metal, that it deforms. I take out that needle and put one from a pink pen that comes in the kit, with the canvas.😊May the Lord take care of you two my dear, dear girls!💞💕🙏🙏🙏
