You are right, girlfriend. Just like running your heat. Takes it longer and harder to get at what temp you want. Always try to keep it at the same temp, and it will run a lot better, and your bill stays lower... I love your wip and chat. Keep up the great work. Have a wonderful day 😊
Yes you want to keep that air on, it takes more elecrtic to start the air conditioner then it does for continual running it. Mine i have high and low settings and usually have it set aound 73 degress. At night I turn it on low and during the mid day on high. Yes Linda you are correct. I have my air on 77 for my cat (and for me too haha). Last year I didn't turn it on but 3 times for just a couple of days and it was still a little high this year it's not as expensive as I thought. Lesson learned. Now I will have to do the same this Winter for the heating. Many blessings to you and Bella. :)
I would say if the temp gets up to 85 and you want it down to 72 the AC will run nonstop until it gets down to 72. If you leave the AC on and it is set at 72 the unit will kick on and off as it needs to in order to maintain the set temp. I would say it would cost more to turn it off during the hot days.
I lived in a trailer and it does cost more to run heat and air more to run but yes you were right 2 turning it off for 2 days causes it to use a lot more power. If I was her I would like you said keep it on 78 at all times this should be the right temp for a trailer it was for mine.
I need to sleep with the noise of a fan or white noise. When I visit my mom I put fan sound noise on a very long TH-cam video with my cell plugged in otherwise I wouldn’t sleep 😂
