Today we are back at the abandoned creek property and we are searching the 5th wheel that has been left up on the hill abandoned for years. We have been going through everything we can at the property and we will be gifting this camper to someone.

I saw on the news yesterday where there is a guy who is taking donated campers and redoing them and making them livable and giving them to homeless veterans.

Be carefull and wear a mask when sweeping up mice or rat droppings. A freind of mine ended up in the hospital from sweeping droppings up in a shed without a mask.

I think the tub 🛁 once sand blasted and repainted would be awesome. They don’t make them like that anymore. My grandparents had one and I loved it as a kid!

I think someone recovering from an addiction of some kind would be grateful to live in it! Please let someone use it that can’t afford an apt or something! Definitely usable!

Camper frame and some sawmilled lumber would make a great utility or equipment trailer.

The places where the walls are bulging, means there is water damage. If there is soft spots on the roof, that definitely indicates rot.

I've got dibs on the claw foot tub bc I spotted it & commented on it in the 1st video...lol 🤭 😆 👍🏻😉 Great idea to have it sandblasted and redone bc it will be well worth restoring & the only one your house will ever need cause it's built for a long life....not like flimsy fiberglass tubs of today 👍🏻 I think you could donate the gooseneck to a Church or Organization that helps homeless people gain a living place bc it's definitely worth salvaging and someone less fortunate would be proud to call it home 🏡💖💞💖🏡

YES keep the clawfoot tub for your house because it can be cleaned up and reglazed if needed. Lots of people want those! And yes keep the old bus and repurpose it on your property. Love your whole family!! ❤️🙏✝️

We had a claw tub at the preschool I worked at. We filled it with pillows and used it for a quit place or a reading nook.

That long metal thing you found in the front of the fifth wheel compartment looks like a Manuel hand crank for the pop outs when the electricity doesn’t work. I watched a friend use one when on his old fifth wheel.

YES! That is all water damage on the whole side! The entire camper would need to be taken down to the studs to get rid of all the rat and mouse poop and pee. And there is bound to be black mold behind some of those walls from the moisture damage. I would give it away with the exclusion that you were not responsible for anything! That purple paint is a water proofing for showers and bathrooms. Some of those tools are for the slides, in case the power goes out, you can hand crank them. And there should be one for the awning. Some 5th wheels are walk on capable and some are not LOL.... They sell replacement awnings (canopy you were calling it).

It could be fixed up. Would take some time and elbow grease. I'm sure when that stuff was driven in there, the trees were not all over like they are now. That tub is worth money! If you're not going to restore it for yourself, you will not have a problem finding a buyer.

You could use the "Tub" as a water tub for the ponies. Easy clean, leave in the drain. Love exploring with y'all.

I used to spend weekends with my grandparents and they had a cast iron claw foot tub! We loved taking baths in it!❤

My father used a tub like that for an outside goldfish tank .but he lived in California..milder temperatures. Would make an awesome water trough for horses.
