Day 15. Just candled 60 Myshire Jumbo eggs. First hatch. 54 of 60 candle fertile. 90%. Up the humidity and we'll see what happens from here.

We determine fertility rate but not hatch rate until end of lockdown

If you choose to candle then I recommend to do at at lockdown. (While putting them into lockdown) on day 14-15

How do I know if it's dead inside or not? I found two fertile eggs in a carton from the market. I'm currently incubating them in my bra. But I'm not sure if it's pointless to rescue as I do not know much about this. They for sure are fertile because I can't see through them. I see a small air sack only.

At what day can you tell if an egg is good or not. Our first quail eggs

It can be tricky starting out but day 12 is a pretty good day to be able to tell but 14 is best. Also make sure you have a good candler bc that matters a lot!
