Beat me to it, but in their defence there was a truck a good 500 metres in front. SO 20 minutes in the right line was warranted to these people.
Yep, too many people seem to be ignorant that there is actually a road rule requiring you to keep left unless you are overtaking. If my memory is correct it applies on all roads that are 80km/hr or more.
@@engineerv8696 Don't worry Australia and New Zealand we have the same 'rule' here in the UK and I've been on a 4 lane motorway almost empty of traffic [late night/early morning] with me riding along [motorcycle] at a few over the limit in the left lane....and a knuckle dragging f.wit in lane 4 doing the speed limit.
The hardest task we all have is getting dashcammer to read the comments then the next phase will be to understand the comments and hopefully phase 3 to correct their driving habits.

It truly baffles me when people send in footage of themselves camping in the right lane on a road that is a keep left unless overtaking, while they’re making no effort to overtake and are mad that people keep “cutting them off”, like sorry but the comments are not going to go the way you think they will.

Maybe time for police to open a dash cam divisions where drivers can send their clips like at 8:06 (brake checker) where the vehicle can be IDed . The fine/points just have to go the vehicle so it doesn't matter who is driving ---- owner is responsible . Maybe some new laws need but so be it . Idiot tradies should get double fines! 😇

Agreed. If you watch some of the UK dash came videos, you will often see the results there - it seems they have a system for receiving the videos, pursuing the offenders and giving feedback to the reporting drivers.
Police do get intouch from time to time about particular clips, asking to be put intouch with the footage owner. So they definately do look to follow up on incidents they see. We are moving this way though slowly but surely. EVERY state now has crimestoppers portal that you can report, upload incidents of dangerous driving and indeed crashes etc. There is an added section for vehciles where you report the incident and will receive an event number
Cops have better things to do than chase up minor traffic incidents.
for the video at 5:43 best bet is to have the police look for the car at any dealership and body shop, that wheel alignment is going to cost them along with a nice insurance job pushing their price up even higher
