Where I am there are lanes that are signposted transit only 07:00-10:00 and 16:00-19:00
Between 10:00 and 16:00 only 1 in a 100 drivers will use that lane.

@@debevans306 Where is said Ute cutting the roundabout? I have watched the clip so many times and can't see any Ute doing what you describe.
I totally get you on this one, I felt exactly the same. It's so subtle and hardly worth reporting/uploading IMO. Watch the white SUV up ahead. It does cut the roundabout corners.
Doesn't seem to me he's done any real harm. There are no cars around him, which I'm sure he's aware of but I notice some people do get quite bent out of shape about this matter.
To me, this registers very low on the fail scale. IF there were cars close/closer absolutely, big no-no. But in a case like this... meh, no big deal.

As per description when sent in driver was arrested, car stolen and hit wire rope barrier (unsure if police used spikes?) Chase went for sometime. This was on the main channel pop over and see comments
