Worst experience with cars24 not transferred my car even after 7 months sale
In my life i done big mistake is i choosed car 24 for car… worst service ever. They will not respond after buying car.. For RC they will take half year…. . Insurance claim also will not happen without RC. Worst worst worst experience

Let me share my friends recent experience with cars24..absolute nexus of fraud professionals and rude customer care ( saurabh kumar) they will sell you a car and you will get to know the realities and hidden flaws in first 6 months .. cars24 will tell you “ sir you are supposed to do servicing from OEM “ Next if you report them any issue in first 6 months they will say it’s not covered by citing odometers Vikram Chopra you may sell thousands of used cars but please don’t sell ethics more so because you are alumni of a great institute and I am sure concealing defects and selling car and then turning back on customer is a shame . Will avoid CARS24 and ask others to be careful of this platform . People’s money are being cheated

The cars 24 is totally fraud, and not genuine, this is all money game with the customers, I have had a bad experience with cars 24 as they told the RC will transfer, but they told the buyer they did not find, they are totally liers and playing the game with customers, if the RC name is nt transferred then the cars 24 people will ride our vehicle on our name, and ultimately the customers are the sufferers, before taking the car the cars 24 people tell, the very next day they will send the RC papers to sign , do nt ever approach the cars24 if you want the head ache, then police stations and legal cases the cars 24 gives head ache and suffers the customers. If the rRC is not transferred you should file a complaint that your car is stolen and in consumer cell file a case.

Its good even they are supporting you they given you 30k . Bcz if you purchased outside from dealers they will never support you. I got cheated from a dealer the meter was tempered and car has a challan of 11400 . Lots of other problems. So i think its better then outside dealers. This is an billion dollar co. You can make an case also on cars 24 but you can't do anything with outside dealers.

Nhi cars24 inspection ke charges nhi pay karega but ha ap normally problem bata kar agar inspection karwaoge to vo charge nhi karenge to ap unse direct estimate le sakte ho ki replair cost kya ayegi then cars24 ko claim karke amount lekar then kam kara sakte ho or me bhi suggest karunga ki OEM Service Center se hi karao inke chakar me na raho
