I don't even have to know the piece to know when I see "Stephanie Jones performs" that it's going to be a colorful, rhythmic and fun musical dance to accompany that beautiful crooked smile of hers. Wonderfully played.
As always, another fantastic performance by Stefanie. I have to listen twice to understand her interpretation of some subtleties. Clear distinction as always bass melody and accompaniment, emphasizing on what is more important amongst the three. Surprise accent of chord or bass, make this flowing piece even more alive. Superb.
The new generation of guitarists like Stephanie blow me away. When I did my guitar degree many moons ago there was probably one person who approached her and I wasn't that person. Wish I could be so relaxed with my fat fingers dancing around the fingerboard!
Grande stephanie!!!!!se non esistessi bisognerebbe inventarti, tra le migliori 2 chitarriste del mondo. grazie a te e a GSI per questo straordinario video ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Yeah, that was super good. I mean, I don't even really like that style of tune, but I can't help but admire the skill with which it was played. Normally I would have clicked by except it was on point from the first few bars. Thank you for sharing.
Saw/heard you live in Uppsala, Sweden. Such a priviledge to have been able to follow how you managed to develop and widen your repertoar through the years and the guitarr music and and by that the instrument itself. (Ulf, viola in quartett some 100 years ago...)
Simply electrifying! WHAT is that run at 1:07 and 1:09? I've listened to other performances of this on youtube--the only one that comes close is the one by the legendary Raphael Rabello, in a clearly more of a studio setting.
Just to know what to expect....how much time did you spend studying this piece?? i know that i have to triple it for my self (or more most probably)..Excellent performance by the way...❤.. congrats
Thank you for watching! This piece is so fun to play :)
Thank you for playing and commeting, you´re the G.O.A.T.

I think Stephanie is probably the best Australian classical guitarist currently performing of the world stage.
No doubts
What about Rupert Boyd? Another excellent Australian guitarist th-cam.com/video/JHFVRJMDHGs/w-d-xo.htmlsi=lhjcnOWRvXQmGyjY
Best guitarist worldwide! No equal.
@@billthomson7468 Better than David Russell and Manuel Barrueco? She’s got a long way to go to reach the technical and artistic level of those two.
Fabio Lima is good to
Wow, some talent!

Always wondered what this piece sounded like. I learned the soms da Carrillo's.
Beautiful, as always. Whose arrangement is it, if I may ask?
Great performance! 👌
Very cool. I love her playing. Oddly, that song reminded me a bit of Leo Kottke.
