I dont relate to everything that is sagittarius rising related either, the ascendant is not who you are it's just what sets the tone. Its the "spark" for some people the spark becomes a blaze and others it fizzles out. Different planets in different houses, especially squares and oppositions will always cause someone to disassociate from their rising sign in that area, or areas. But its not supposed to be who you are any way. But if you've never felt that energy your way you probably have alot of squares and oppositions to it even inconjuctions. And finally due to degrees of each sign you may have a different houses alignment which will dramatically affect your experience making you more like a libra, or sagittarius ascendant.
