I can't wait to see all that new stuff! Wonder if you've heard of the Pdnation cordless tool batteries? They can charge from USB-C, can do USB-PD out, and they work with most major brand tools with the right adapter. They just might be my new goto for camping. We're still testing and comparing them.
Thanks for the heads up . I love my little 1000 watt inverter from miller tech . Any news on a slight larger inverter coming out in the future ? Like 1200 or 1500 nominal watts . Cheers?
Haha, I'll keep that in mind. I have a working prototype but it will cost me $2500+ to finish the R&D and then another $5000+ for an initial order of units. I just don't have that kind of money right now.
Unfortunately, Ryobi still uses the male batteries and female sockets which makes it much more challenging to integrate sockets into devices like these inverters. So MillerTech has no plans to add Ryobi to the list of supported batteries. I have seen where they have several models that they have released under the Ryobi brand but I don't know of any other third party devices like the one in the video that uses Ryobi. Sorry!

I have seen those. Pretty cool. I might need to get my hands on one of them and try it out! Let me know how it goes.

Thanks, David!

I have Ryobi 18volt batteries. Do you recommend any inverters for them?

Any plans for a kobolt one?
Possibly. Not soon but maybe in the future.
I'd love to get one but I'm not going to buy all new batteries.@@LDSreliance
I understand. You can use an adapter for now if you would like. They cost about $20 on Amazon or Ebay.
