Why is arcade mode so barebones these days? No winning illustration or character ending nothing. It’s like time attack or score attack not arcade with a hypothetical quick story run through.
SNK and Netherrealm games do have cool arcade modes, with a boss and very well done endings. In SNK games, like the Samurai Shodown 2019, the characters even have their own cutscenes at the beggining and agains't a rival before the final boss. Other developers just got super lazy thinking that everyone likes to only fight online and that is why we have these shitty Arcade modes in many games.

i stopped to watch after the first fight. so boring... look like you fight in training mode. Not enjoyable at all.
