Please, I am Dr. Islam Elolymy. An agreement was made with you to publish a research paper of mine more than a year ago (7/23/2023). However, it has not been published yet despite sending a letter of approval for publication from the Journal. I contacted the Journal and they said that they do not know anything about this approval. I communicated with you a lot during the year and received many promises to publish, but to no avail.
