Carly Baker this is so inspiring. So many children need love and don't ever find a familiy. I am glad that you were able to become a part of a family who loves and care for you. I would love to talk to you about your adoption because I want to adopt an older child in the future (when I am ready). If you are open to this, how can we get in touch?
It's not insane at all that "a woman took you in" and adopted you that quickly love. That's just a mother's love. She didn't know you, but she didn't know the babies she birthed either. And let me tell you, lol. The screaming, the crying sometimes it's hard to tell the difference, lol. But both are your children and the purest joy you'll ever have. She was just doing what a mama does naturally- taking care of her baby.
Yes! She did it out of love and cannot thank her enough for changing and bettering my life and showing me endless love.

hey Carly you have a simmlar story my bio parentels were addicted to drugs and achohol and where dealers I have fasd and other major medical issues 500 foster placements back and forth in the same home 12 group homes and 3 failed adoptions my last home my foster mom physically abused me and I got removed and put in n a safe independent home my wish is when I'm 18 in four years I wish every year I praying that I get my forever family I know I'm not like the garbage bag I take to every place I go . I put walls up cause I don't trust easyeven when people want to love me. my youth leaders I pushed them away cause nothing is ever stable I know I can only relie on me and God he's for ever
