Cross-Canada Tour: Episode 44 (part 2 of day 29)

After waiting out the rain at the "Nowhere Craft Chocolate & Coffee Roastery" in Vermilion Bay, On. we made plans to bike to Dryden Ontario. It was approximately 50 KM to the Nature's Inn Campground in Dryden, On. In this stretch, it rained on and off so the video footage is not the best quality. Biking through the town of Dryden was quite memorable for my dad. We passed by an old restaurant where he and my mom dined at 23 years ago. The camp managers were really welcoming and it was great to have a warm shower! We also pitched our tent right next to Dan, who was also biking across Canada! It was great to meet Dan and visit over supper and breakfast the next morning. Congratulations to Dan for completing his Cross-Canada Tour!!! Enjoy!

Way to go Josh and James, it’s cool to see the lay of the land in that area from a bike. We were probably around Atikokan at that point 150km south of you guys enjoying the same weather. Lol !! PS got the thumb drive “awesome” thanks for that!

We would have taken the same route south like you, but I believe it was at least 100 km longer? We would first meet you guys 2 1/2 days after this episode. In fact we are in the process of editing that part of the trip. Stay tuned. Great you got the thumb drive. Thanks for letting us know. You can share it however you like.
