    I have been working in the oil field for18 years as NDT Level 2 but I got laid off 2016 I went to school for HVAC I graduated but I went back to work in the Oil field but I got laid off again I stared looking for jobs in the HVAC field . I have being watching your videos and has refresh me what I learned in school. I had job interview they make me to take a test and I passed now I am working as HVAC Tech,, Gracias Senor Julio.

    Can we say that LRA is the force tha the motor needs to break the inertia?

      Rene Polanco Yes, I guess you could say that. On start up the motor will draw LRA for a split second until the rotor starts to rotate, picks up speed and then it reaches the designed RPM. As this is happening the amperage goes from LRA down to RLA or running load damps some people call it rated load amps. But that is the normal designed operating amperage. Good question. I hope this makes sense to you.
