In engine parts u have tuned all to stage 2 but in game there is no stage 2 parts only
The issue is they've removed these parts in latest update 😤
try Installing stage 1 parts and then check

But for 2.3K you have make some gearbox Configuration then you can easily hit 2.3K HP.
