Ive had good results using a xacto blade/knife to remove pining and open the corners back up which its self aids in the cleaning process greatly . Need a open channel to brush/rake the debris from underneath the teeth
If you rub chalk into your files they won’t clog as bad in the first place. I always chalk all my files after cleaning them & I clean them after every job. They rarely get clogged. There’s another trick you can do with a sharpened piece of flat brass, but it’s difficult to explain without pics or video.
Thank you for this video. I have very sweaty hands and I find it causes my files to rust, is there anyway I can maintain my files to stop rust? can I spry Noxy or something on them?
