Thanks for the video. Had a little difficulty getting one of the screws to come out and had force it a little. Got it all disassemble and removed the cover and holy cow. You guessed it. Now mind you I have a 2000 maxima and have had it for 20 years and could not remember ever replacing the Cabin Filters. After removing the cover there were no filters and a bunch of crap in side which explained why I was having difficulty with heating and cooling the car. Vacuumed it out and got as much as could out of the compartment and put the new filters in and the fan is working great now.👍
Typical Nissan. Making basic maintenance way more difficult than it needs to be for no good reason. Not like most Hondas and Toyotas where you can release the glovebox tray by squeezing the sizes and move it down outta the way.

Opened mine up and there were no filters bruh 💀
Do you not clean innside of the filtetbox...for blades, and dust...
The issue could be with your window regulator being broken or it could be with the motor gear being stripped.
