I'm a very ordinary hobby photographer and Pixsy found even a few of my images that I had uploaded to Flickr being used - mostly on Indian travel websites. So, you are absolutely right - once in the WWW they are loose in the world. On one level I'm flattered, but it would be nice if they asked or acknowledged me.

Hey And its been a year hope you are you still on this Channel. Thinking why China and others are exempt from copyright infringement? What about social media like facebook? So many people upload their family photos, kids etc..Why isn't there a mandate for this websites to protect their Members and/or Account Users? What do professional photographers do to protect their images like Ghetty. No one would Obviously use a Ghetty image because of the High Quality and style of the look of the photo. Not saying anyone hasn't.. How to protect photos from the Pixsy site assuming its made in China since they are exempt? Also, I need to protect my clients images but I do have them sign a release so they know these images will be in the public view. On last thing, can you do a video on Social Media. facebook for example 'Meta' especially stops privacy and makes all images public without a means of protection. Very informative video by the way.
