At first glance it's a cute place. But I see things that I would have to change. Outdoor laundry. Sliders as entry doors. TV over fireplace w/o mantel. Noplace to hang coats on entering. Inadequate counter and cabinet space in kitchen. Sorry, this wouldn't work for me.
Charming, but the open back porch with the washer/dryer isn't practical. Electrical appliances like those aren't designed be exposed to the weather. I'd glass in that porch Otherwise, a unique house.
3 windows in the 2nd bedroom - that's not productive at all. A small table with a comfortable armchair would have been nice, and storage space for the upper walls. You should also think practically when you're designing a house.
I Myself, Would "Enclose" the Back Room where the Washer and Dryer are. I Wouldn't Want the Appliances Out in the Elements. Nor would I want to wash cloths Outside. So Much Wrong With This Interior. Lousy Furnishings and Placement. Good Amount of These Homes are Losers. I Give This One an F+!!
