@@uni-byte In the aliexpress webpage it says "Screen on and screen off function: support, only control the digital tube, does not affect the circuit on and off." So does it turn the display off if you hold it for a long time like the M button? If not I'm out of ideas. Whatever it does you probably have to hold it for a while not just press it.
The one I have unfortunately has no extra AD converter, cannot display voltages from 0V, the jumps are high. The readability is poor, a red foil must be attached. Just cheap
If anyone finds out what the "R" button does, please reply to this comment to let us know. Thanks!
reset the settings probably ?
I like the 3 color ones, but the green looks kind of fuzzy there
The green is very bright. It's sharp in person, but it seems to be giving the camera a bit of trouble.
Is the "R" a reset button? Removing your preset limits maybe?
That's what I had thought. That or "Return" from setting menu. But it does neither.

Nice was just looking for a good panel meter
Glad I could help.
Nice comparison. Looks like both the LED ones are available as either all red or red-green-blue?
That's correct.
You need a couple more meters.
You might be right! LOL!
You can never have too many meters...
I know, right?
