    Wonderful peaceful society with lots of greenery. But don’t go by these inside property dealers as they are all scam! 2BHK is around 75L and 3 BHK is around 85L as on date. Rent for 2BHK is around 20-22000 with maintenance and 3BHK is around 25-30000!

    Sari socity se plaster girne lag ri h, jane ke liye road tak nahi h, basement me column ke sariya me bhee jung lagne lag ra hai kabhi bhee gir sakta hai, tower 2,3 ka oc bhee nahi h

      Hi Ajeet I don't know whether you are an owner or broker but as an owner I would like to take a shot on your comment :)
      External facade - Every society requires maintenance and same is planned to be kicked off soon in our society too.
      Internal road: Installation of tiles on internal road is already in progress would be completed in a month or so.
      External Road - Society is connected with road from three sides. Due to an ongoing project (Landmark) the front road is not smooth but still motorable. Residents have options to enter society from front gate as well as back gate.
      OC of 2 towers - This society has 10 towers. OC of 2 towers are pending and builder is following up on this with the authorities
      Well, I'm living in this society for the past 4 years earlier as a tenant and later purchased a flat. Sharing my 2 cents I considered before buying a flat in this society:
      - Minimum FAR with ample of green area. It has 2 big green parks. Residents can be seen taking a barefoot walk and doing yoga in the morning.
      - Flat layout is awesome. Big rooms with balconies on each room giving ample of natural light and cross ventilation
      - Lawn tennis, basket ball court (2- One full and one half court), Open badminton court (2), kids play area, skating area
      - Gym, Snooker room with two tables, TT room, Cards Room, Library
      - Indoor badminton court (no society in new Gurugram has indoor badminton court)
      - Swimming pool (2 - 1 for adults and 1 for kids), Sauna
      - Great location, little away from highway and malls. No traffic, noise, pollution.
      - Ample of parking space - 2 levels in basement for residents and ground floor for visitors.

      If you know that much about steel then look at any property which is newly constructed and you can see rust on the very next month. So thats not a point to raise, and it has not fallen from the last 9 years or so.
      And about your plaster point, if you're living in Gurgaon then it is common after a few years the plaster issue can be seen due to hard water issues in the entire NCR and even newly constructed properties also face such challenges. But thanks for your review and feedback
